Shipt is a delivery service with nice shoppers who communicate well. Customers love the service but note prices are ridiculous. Some experience issues with orders being late or changed, and with shoppers who do not know what they are doing. The company headquarters is impressive with great communication capabilities, described as a fabulous place for an employee to thrive. Some wish they offered more stores.
Prices are ridiculous. Also I have shoppers I prefer but found out from one of my shoppers they are sending them to other areas and now I am getting shoppers who don't know what they are doing

Don't even think about it. I can't add a bottle of champayne to my order. Off to instacart next time. Right now I'm going to the store.

I was a shopper. They deactivated my account with no explanation. They kept saying that the reason was in the email they sent out. That was a lie. I never received an email. I would skip them as an employer.
