“First skate shop in the state I’ve been to where I felt like they had a great selection. My issue with boards is that they’re always ugly- just name brands and skulls and basic stuff. That was not the case here. So much color and design. I’ll be coming back when I need another board. The guy that was working here today was very friendly and knowledgeable.”

Lowballing at its finest I wish sneakers inc in Hoover was still open they were more reasonable with prices well as trade in. You’ll have a brand new shoe basically and they offer the lowest of numbers. Spend your money elsewhere.”

“I had the absolute best time shopping for outfits for my honeymoon here. Ella helped me the entire time I was there, and she was the absolute sweetest person ever. Ella made my experience here a 100/10. I felt like an actual princess by the way she took care of me and pulled the cutest outfits, and felt like her best friend before I left the store. People like Ella are the ones that are hard to find, but make the customer’s experiences top tier and memorable. She was an excellent listener, helper, and my experience would not have been the same without her. I don’t even live in Birmingham but I want to go back to this store the next time I’m passing through just because of how fun and special of a time I had here. I hope Ella gets to read this review and that she knows how much I appreciate her and how she helped me feel so stylish on my honeymoon! When I was leaving I saw another pair I thought my husband would love, and I was a little hesitant but another very sweet girl helped me out and it turns out, the second pair of boots match my husbands favorite belt perfectly. “My two sisters and I went in and I saw a lady at the counter helping some customers check out. As soon as she was done she immediately came up to me and asked if I needed any help. She introduced herself as Sheena and was extremely polite in helping me. I asked her about the belt selection and she helped me find the right one. She was very enthusiastic and made it clear that she loved that my sisters and I had come in that night. She said she normally is in the back, but she deserves to be in the front full time. “The other day I was in Birmingham for work and decided I wanted a cozy, casual hoodie to wear when I wasn't in the office. After hitting nearly every other men's retailer in the Summit and finding nothing but gear with massive logos across the chest, I stopped in at this place. I was immediately greeted by the staff and was asked if I needed help. The place truly looks like a place where people who spend time in the outdoors shop, so I was kind of happy to be there. After looking around for a few minutes I found a rack with some awesome bamboo hoodies from a company called Free Fly. I'd never heard of the company, but I immediately thought it was one of the most comfortable pieces of clothing I've ever felt. It was reasonably priced so I bought it, and wore it pretty much the entire time I was in Birmingham. Perhaps an even higher testament to the quality of the product was this: as soon as I flew home my wife felt the hoodie, and immediately claimed it as her own. I can't wait to come back to Birmingham and visit this place a) because it's a pretty cool store, and b) so I can buy a hoodie of my own.”
