“i came in with the goal of getting my feet fit for a pair of gym shoes. i was nervous to come in because i didn’t necessarily know what to ask for (as i’m just starting my gym and fitness journey). i was immediately greeted by Nicholas, who was amazing! not only was he super friendly, but he answered all my questions and was very thorough with making sure i was comfortable and my feet got what they needed for the type of exercise i was doing. walked out with a pair of Brooks Glycerin 23s and i like them! thanks for making it so easy!!”

“Best service I’ve ever seen from a retail shoe store. High tech—they use a 3D foot scanner to help find the best fit and then advise on shoe selection. High touch—a rep greets you and stays with you the whole time. I have to brag on the team member Clay—he unboxed every shoe for me, prepared it for trying on, and then did something I have never seen before at a shoe store: he literally asked to put each pair of shoes on my feet and lace them up for me. Truly outstanding shopping experience!”

“Here's a Google review based on your experience:---I had an excellent experience at Trak Shak, thanks to Braxton. He was incredibly helpful and patient, assisting me in trying on several pairs of shoes while educating me about proper form and technique for trail running. Braxton was friendly, easygoing, and made the whole process very comfortable. I left the store with two fantastic pairs of shoes and a valuable resource for a run evaluation that I really appreciated. Additionally, he informed me about the beginner-friendly running events that Trak Shak hosts. Overall, it was a great shopping experience, and I highly recommend Braxton for anyone looking for expert advice and a personalized touch.”

“I ordered a basketball referee shirt from 1 Stop, but the post office sent it to another state. I called Joe at 1 Stop and he brought me another shirt after store hours. Joe and 1 Stop just made a customer for life. If you order anything from 1 Stop and you have a problem, call Joe and he will make it right.”

“Ben at Golf Galaxy was awesome to work with. He spent hours with me making sure I found the best irons for my game—from time on the simulator to trying out multiple sets. He walked me through everything and made the whole process easy. Super knowledgeable and genuinely cares about getting you in the right clubs. I’ve been in this store several times and the whole staff is always friendly. Got my putter regripped while I was there and I’m loving my new Maxfli irons. Thanks again, Ben!”

“We will never regret choosing a small business with strong values like Backyard Creations. Todd, Nick, and Matt were absolutely wonderful to work with—professional, friendly, and genuinely kind people who treated our project like their own. They were fantastic with our kids and truly became friends throughout the process. Our pool turned out exactly as we had imagined, and we couldn’t be happier with the final result. It wasn’t the lowest bid we received, but the quality product we ended up with—featuring Jandy equipment and beautiful travertine—clearly reflects the value we paid for. Their communication was consistent and clear from start to finish, and they showed up to our job site every single day without delay. We are lucky to have them in the Santa Rosa Beach/ Emerald Coast area. We highly recommend Backyard Creations to anyone looking for a high-quality, trustworthy team to bring their backyard dreams to life.”
