I didn't go to the bank but to an attorney whose office was in the building. There was no guidance as to where the elevators were located and the stairs were unusable as the doors above the entry level were locked. The hallway to the elevators was unadorned and resembled a prison corridor.

I can’t recommend Jack Bragg and this Synovus branch enough. If you have a student starting at Samford this year, they’re a great resource for getting that first checking account set up the right way!

We've banked with Synovus for over 20 years. We use this location for our safety deposit box, which we're in and out of pretty often. The tellers are always super friendly and patient with us. The overall relationship with Synovus has been consistently great.
