“Birmingham Greyhound Station is always impeccably clean. Security
is extremely professional to ensure the safety of passengers.
They make up for the drivers who are late on route and then rude to the passengers because they are late.
Our driver from Birmingham to Dallas was over 30 minutes late, and proceeded to yell at passengers, stating she was not a baby sitter, and how she hated her nursing job and started driving for greyhound.
So we were being driven by a person who doesn't have people or soft skills, who is not good with the public...as she stated to us she would put us off the bus for our carry on bags not being stored properly( it's 22degrees outside).
And at the first stop over she announces over intercom that if you don't have money do not go steal at the gas station and get on the bus.
Her attitude is altogether unprofessional, everyone can't work well with the public.
Maybe she should go drive trucks or drive for entertainers as she stated over the intercom as displaying her disdain for her clients of greyhound.”

“I've ridden with Loving Care Transportation Service seven times, and I cannot be happier with the service! The driver is absolutely sweet, kind, and so helpful. I consistently reach all my appointments on time, and the return wait time is much better than Birmingham Transit Company. I wish I could use this service more, especially for my five-year-old's school functions or just for some fun outings, considering bus rides can be a bit pricey. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service, and I highly recommend anyone to ride with them.”
