Very clean and professional facility. Only complaint was we had reservations and told management we were on the way......... They left before we got there.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. We needed an extension of our rental for an hour and a half, and was told that we had to have it back due to other reservation after we had paid almost $200. There are enough U-Haul locations in the Birmingham area that the later reservation could’ve been adjusted. Never will I ever deal with U-Haul again. They try to charge you for everything and anything..

Confirmed my reservation five days in advance, show up to the location and they say there is no equipment/truck for me within a 50 mile radius. They tried to force a 26’ long truck on me when I rented a 10 foot truck.
Put me in a really tight spot, didn’t offer any resolution nor did they seem to care.
Avoid this place at all cost moving is stressful enough.

The fair-skinned young lady working in the morning has a horrendous attitude, she speaks very unpleasantly to customers. After me and my husband had waited over 30 minutes with a delay to our trip despite having a 7: 00 am reservation and also being the first to arrive at the establishment at opening, we still waited quite a while and remain pleasant while waiting and didn't even voice our complaint to her after she came to meet us to hook up the trailer with a unpleasant demeanor.

The employee that helped me at the Valley Ave location was extremely nice and helpful. I didn't catch his name, but he was knowledgeable and walked me through my first time renting. Will definitely use UHaul again.

Smooth process the young lady that helped me this morning got me in and out and on my way. I hope she is there when I rent again next month to move my son into his dorm room.

I did not receive all items that I had rented. Pick up location was not as stipulated when rental conducted. Change notification was last minute and I did not appreciate it.
