I spoke with two representatives. One who help me with a truck and when I came back a young lady help me with the storage. Both were very friendly and helpful. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone who needs to find a quick and fast moving and storage facility.

The man who serviced me was very professional & kind. This is a busy location on Saturdays. However he was proficient & thorough with each customer, while acknowledging those who walked in. If I had to rent a uhaul again, this would be the location I use.

Five stars across the board for the Homewood Valley Avenue U-Haul location. Excellent, efficient customer service. Attentive, friendly staff. The cargo van I rented for a day was new. It was clean and easy to drive. Everything was clearly explained to me. I will definitely return and recommend to my friends.
