Today I went to drop 2 packages off customer service was terrible. I don’t write reviews, but I had to write one for this store. I stood there for about 4-5mins before I was acknowledged it was only me and another customer in the store. Once I made it to the front, the older guy told me I should’ve done my return another way because now he has to do more work. It’s your job to do what you are assigned to do, not get smart with customers.

They charge $5 for Amazon return prints. They should learn how Kohls accept Amazon returns for free.

I damaged my phone the day before a very large transaction for my company. I missed the delivery of the replacement phone at my house. Marissa at the store was able to contact the driver and find a meeting spot to get my phone. She was patient and had empathy that I was in a jam. She went above and beyond to help show care for her customer. Thank you for hiring such wonderful people!

I had a great experience at The UPS Store! The staff was quick, efficient, and extremely helpful. They assisted me with my shipping needs in no time, and everything was handled professionally. I really appreciated how smooth the entire process was, and I’ll definitely be returning for any future shipping needs. Highly recommend this location!

This store has become so arrogant & entitled. They act like they are doing you a favor to take your shipment. They also wanted to charge me $4.00 to use their tape gun to tape up a box. Thank goodness there are other UPS stores nearby. I'll be using those and will not be back to this one.

I came here to print some documents and there was only One staff on a Monday morning! There were about 10 people in line for over 30 minutes and the staff was juggling between multiple clients and trying to get everything done. This is totally unfair to the employee and the customers who had to wait 30+ min.

Love UPS as a hole but this location was an odd ball. The staff was not welcoming, very rude to each other and talked down to each other and customers. It honestly was very disappointing experience all together.

I really was a person that wondered why anyone needed a place like this until I needed a place like this. Now I am a happy, and even regular, customer! They are so professional, it's so clean, and they have every conceivable office, shipping, printing, and mail solution/service.
