I carried 2 packages to be mailed. I forwarded labels to be printed and applied to package, a representative printed and supposivwly applied and mailed, problem was one label was wrong, Scott the manager started laughing when it was sent to wrong address. He is a joke of a manager.

I sent a package to my husband that contained cash ( yes I know never send cash) however cash was what was needed in this situation. My husband received the package whoch was obviously opened, the card contained within was also opened and $150.00 in cash missing. Therefore, opened at some point in the UPS process by an employee. I returned to this UPS location and spoke with the “owner/manager” who helped with filling out the claim report but have not heard from him since despite several attempts at contacting him for an update. No return phone call, no follow-up at all. Visited the UPS store in person and an employee looked in the claims record book, he stated there was no record of my claim. WOW, obviously my package was opened by a UPS employee, all money contained within stolen, and no follow up, the customer certainly is not valued or cared about at this location.

I have to return 2 items to Costco and Amazon. You can simply email the store email to print the label for you. It is so simple and easy in the case your platform doesn't offer free return labels. Their services are great and fast.

They lost my package. Blamed it on UPS corporate and would not refund any costs associated even the fee. Suggest using Fedex.

They charge $2.50 to print out *one* piece of paper for a return label from an email. So just be warned! Only UPS store that has ever charged for that. Usually they're super helpful. Not this one! Won't come back here.

Hours posted online and on the door are incorrect. States that it opens at 7:30am, but the store is still locked up at 8:15am.

This store was paid to professionally package an item. After paying the high cost for this service, they did a terrible job providing no packaging in the box around the item being shipped, and therefore the product arrived badly damaged. Due to this we opened a claim for the damage, and after they were requesting photos of the damage over and over again making this an impossible 6 month long avoidant process, they eventually decide to refund nothing. Wasted hours of our time and essentially stole our money.

Easy to locate. Well maintained and organized. I was there for notaries, Robin the notary agent was very pleasant and efficient and a help, I do recommend Robin as someone to ask for your notary services.All of the UPS store employees were well at work and ready to serve their customers.

Despite advertising notary services, was informed they do not have a notary at this location and was told to go to another store.
