I received the absolute worst customer service from Alisha today. She was rude, condescending and dismissive. She could offer nothing helpful to solve the issue I came in for, but instead, took the opportunity to belittle me and cause me to feel that I wasn’t understanding a very basic concept of phone ownership. A horrible experience from the most unkind, unprofessional woman.

Took our whole business account with 16 different devices and completely messed up our accout, all for the salesman to get “a sale”
Then having to sit on the phone for 2 hours to get everything fixed. Train your employees!

BE AWARE this Verizon is highway robbery. They told both my husband and I that our bill would not go up. It all sounded too good to be true. It absolutely was. Our bill went up 24%. He went back in and a team member told him there was nothing she could do and argued with every word he said. Whatever you do DO NOT believe what they tell you. I don't know how they are getting away with this. Absolutely terrible.

I must say it’s not every day I come into my local cell phone store and feel the need to share my experience with others. However, the team here at Brookwood Village left me no choice. From the time I walked in the door, I was greeted with warm smiles from each team member! I was then approached by a gentleman by the name of ERIC (Store manager) who willingly jumped at the first opportunity to assist me. Although there were a few people in line behind me who were definitely there to make a purchase, not once did I feel rushed or Chastised to buy anything due to them chasing a commission!? 😱
As a business owner myself in the greater Birmingham area, I realize how the dynamics of technology have accelerated immensely and continues to change our societal landscape as a whole. This is why I was so impressed with the team Here at Verizon ….. these guys are truly top tier! 🏆
SO! next time you have A question concerning your phone bill, Questions about your device, Or thinking about coming over to join the Verizon team, I’m sure you will not be disappointed!

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this store. My visit was frustrating and unprofessional. We waited for 45 minutes while the staff completely ignored us, even though they clearly saw us. There was no greeting, no acknowledgment, and absolutely no respect for customers.
We had only one simple question, but the staff showed no interest in assisting us. Instead, they were busy gossiping and even making fun of other customers behind their backs. This behavior is incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable in any setting.
It’s clear that customer care is not a priority here. The lack of attention, respect, and basic courtesy made this an unpleasant and disappointing experience. I would not recommend this store to anyone looking for professional service.

I have been with Verizon for over 20 years. Now it is coming to an end due to the poor attitude and treatment I recieved from the ASM of this store by the name of Brianna. After showing her what I was asked of by corporate to do, she responded as if she didn't want to do it. After finding out that she didn't, I'm glad to say that our tenure with Verizon is over. And I wouldn't recommend this location due the experience I've had with their ASM.
Mr. Eric (Brookwood Verizon GM) feels as though the mistake that Brianna (Brookwood Verizon ASM) made was of no benefit to her, yet if the account were to go to collections. I would have to pay for the devices in full plus their connection. Which were claimed as active even though I no longer had the devices.
In response that Mr. Eric this is business and I don't know you nor your ASM personally. But this IS NOT how you should treat ANY consumer or their ESSENTIAL finances.

A very kind employee whose name unfortunately I didn’t catch helped me with setting up my first US phone number after just moving here from Belgium without any idea how phone plans in the US work. All my questions were answered and everything I needed to know was explained. Highly appreciated!

Spent 1500 dollars on a brand new iPhone and accessories at the store and the staff refused to activate it for me because it was too close to closing time. She was also rude and made me feel as if I was inconveniencing her by being there. Manager also encouraged me to go the Apple Store instead to buy the phone because it was close to closing time. Terrible experience and service.

Awful. I just called the phone # listed for this location. It took me to the national customer service. After several prompts and requests trying to reach someone at the store, I ended up with some person out of state. When I requested the phone # for this store, the rep gave me the same phone # I dialed. The rep said he didn’t know why I ended up with him and said he would put me on hold and try to call the store himself. Then the call dropped. He called me back and said the store was not answering and he didn’t know why since they were open.
For a phone store to not answer their phone—even a call from their own colleague—is a whole ‘nother level of irony and terrible service.

Everyone here was super nice and helpful. I had been struggling with an issue and customer service over the phone had been frustrating. The folks in store (Steven especially) helped navigate through and got it resolved. Thank you!
