Terrible customer service. Unwilling to help and extremely rude. I do not know the name of the lady that "helped" me but she acted like she hated her job. They opened at 11 this past Sunday I was the first one in there. All I needed was an upgrade and my phone had one available. She made it seem very difficult. I left because she wouldn't answer my questions. Was very rude. Went to the mountain Brook Verizon and they helped me and got me in and out in less than 45 minutes.

Cannot do something as simple as connect a watch correctly. One worker was going to have me sit on the phone with customer service rather than help me herself. Do not waste your time here. This has caused me more issues coming to get “help” here. Go to a different Verizon location.

After hours after riding from one store to the other and having issues with being able to get home internet from one store , I travel all the way to the other side of town to pick up my newly placed order and I was told they needed my physical id . Every other store has been able to just use the photo I have . Plus there’s countless other ways to verify who I am and yet I was turned around faster than a blink of an eye . I’m highly disappointed in Verizon and it’s just one thing after the other that makes me wish I could get away from this company . I can’t even do that because I was tricked into a 3 years contract … I’d say these people are almost crooks !

After the latest IOS update my IPhone was acting very buggy. Took it into this Verizion location, was the only customer in the store with three employees sitting at a table talking. No greeting, nothing. I engaged first no one looks up, then they tell me to go to a website and thats it. I asked a couple more questions, the person rolls her eyes audible sighs and tells me to go to the website. I cannot imagine any other customer service industry doing this and it being acceptable. The only help you will get from Verizion is if you want to buy something. As soon as our contract is up I will be switching to another carrier.

Although you might have to wait, this store doesn’t seem to have enough employees.Otherwise when you do get with an employee they are quick to take care of you and usually always have an answer to questions.The network is really good, I switched 5 lines from AT&T to Verizon and I’m so happy I did.

I absolutely do not recommend the store. I waited 2 1/2 hours to have my phone switched, and the customer service agent realize they put the wrong number in. I understand that mistakes happen. Gave them the new information and went to lunch. Came back and representative had gone on break. Then spoke to them via text and gave them all the information they needed to complete my transaction. Then , I came back. On Monday as this all started on Saturday, nothing had been done. Do not recommend the store at all

Went to transfer from one phone to another. Jonae was VERY patient and helpful, despite the transfer being incredibly difficult and complicated. She helped me three times over 2 days, and always had a good attitude and was incredibly helpful. Thank you!

I came in around 1pm CST on 9/17/22 and was snubbed/dismissed by some unattractive, bad bodied, chalky, fat dude who I believe is named Matt. I walked in the door, and there was nobody waiting, but after I told him I needed to port a line, he referred me to an 800 number because apparently he's rich and doesn't need the money I was going to put in his pocket. So I called the number, and after ordering what I wanted online I came back this evening to pick my new phone up but then Stacy sold me on a watch. STACY is the reason for this even 1 star review because she's just amazing, but they need 2 either retrain or get rid of Matt since he doesn't need the money and doesn't like to service black people. I plan on making it my business as a cellular service manager over several stores to reach out to other managers in the area and let them know about this guy because honestly if he can't deal with ALL people in customer service, he should deal with none. If you're reading this Matt go to the new what a burger up the street since you'll prolly do better there. ?

Rude unhelpful staff. Ordered my phone upgrade on line and went to the store to pick it up. Associate handed me my phone and I asked about ear buds she said she would check and then went to another customer as I sat waiting for 45 minutes. Another person asked if I was being helped and I told him I was waiting on his coworker to find about the ear buds, I had been waiting for some time and inquired if he could help me and his reply was no. After a while he asked the young lady who handed me my phone and then ignored me if the ear buds were in stock (mind you he had no customer and said he was waiting on them) then she sharply replied no as if it was a problem to help me. So at that point the 45 minute mark I was ready to go and politely ask for return box to ship my iPhone in and once again more attitude from the guy he was asking if I upgraded online and why I needed the box so I told him never mind I would ship the iPhone myself. I am a good customer of Verizon and decided to stay with them……….maybe T-Mobile would have been the better choice.

Sold me a phone. Got the nicest one they had. Spent a small fortune. I have been back three times because they didn’t help set it up. They sent me to the apple store and they were kind enough to tell me that Verizon just does that cause the employees are lazy. The service isn’t good. And on top of that I didn’t get the plan I wanted spite having the money. And even though I bought it there they tell me I have to call customer service to get any help. I can’t wait till I can unlock this phone and go through some other carrier. Absolutely enraged with their services.
