A complete ripoff I purchased new service cause I was pretty much pressured into it by a salesperson and quoted a plan that never existed and so within the grace period was sent a outrageous bill nothing like I was told I would get and called to return their devices and disconnected the service within the trial period boy did they lie and give me the run around. I would recommend to go prepaid or seriously look into another provider this company is a scam Any good reviews I am sure they probably pay some people to put good reviews to get business cause believe me they are horrible. The customer service is a nightmare u have to wait forever for a live agent and they resolve nothing

I’ve been a Verizon customer for years, and have always been happy with them. I’ve had my iPhone 6 since 2014, so we are bosom buddies. Yesterday, when I needed a new battery, and on the way to the store, dropped it and shattered both the screen saver AND the screen, I was practically in tears. My buddy was broken almost beyond repair. But after my experience at the Verizon store at Brookwood Mall, I felt like I had visited with family, and left there not only happy, but with a feeling of peace and comfort, even with a new strange phone (that I’m sure will become my NEW best buddy).First, the store was IMMACULATE. The layout gave us plenty of room to “social distance”, and I felt completely safe the whole time I was there (which turned out to be an hour). It also turned out I needed a new phone, and Erick, the associate who helped me, could not have been more caring, kind, and attentive. I felt like I was talking with my son. He was so patient with this tech-challenged little old lady! He transferred everything from my old phone to the new one, but also took the time to show me stuff I'm sure everyone under the age of 30 already knows. This COVID pandemic has been tough all around, but even with masks on, I left Verizon feeling like I had spent a satisfying hour. There aren’t enough stars on this app to tell you how much I recommend this company, this location, and in particular, this very special sales associate!
