I was waiting on my insurance to start, a week or so in between, and I needed an emergency dose of insulin, they basically told me that's tough, I can't help you. This is life or death for me. Not good.
Absolutely the worst customer service ever. From management down. The pharmacy is unreliable, doesnt follow through, and is unprofessional. Even the Regional manager has poor follow up skills. Shame. The staff changed and thats when the level of service changed. Go to the Roebuck location!
The staff is rude....I normally wouldn’t write a bad review. I’ve have a bad experience on three separate occasions. I’ve called customer service to rectify. I was informed that it would take 2 business days, it’s been over a week and still no response. I’ll just deal with another pharmacy at this point!
