“For the past year I haven’t felt like a profile or a number like I did prior as a 7 year CVS customer. I don’t get rushed off the phone or get generic answers when seeking advice & guidance on my medications. My medications are always available, filled & ready for pick up before I realize it’s time for them. I will never go anywhere else. I feel this is how a person’s pharmacist should be engaged with their customers.
I believe the employee’s & pharmacist genuinely love their career’s & care about their customers this is extremely hard to find these days!!

“I happened upon Kessler’s here and was taken back to my childhood. Had no idea it would still exist. In the late 50’s and early 60s my sisters and I would walk 3 blks from our house to go to Kessler’s for a special soda they would make for us at the soda fountain. Watching them make our sodas, either vanilla coke or one called Pink Parachute which was cherry juice and 7 up, I think. It was magical for my 5 yr old self.”
“Matt and his team are local and looking to serve the community. He works with people to save them money with insurance and knows the customers by name, not something you find at the big box retailers. I really appreciate him and his team. They call if they have a question and deliver medication to your front door as requested. I just cant say enough good things about them. They have definitely gone above and beyond for me which is very appreciated.”

“The store itself is great and everything seems to usually work. Busier sometimes more than othes, but usually because people can't follow directions and come in the wrong way. Then they get blocked or try to go out the wrong way as well. It's not like there are signs and arrows everywhere!”

“This has been my home base pharmacy for 11 years. Very nice employees and quick to fill prescriptions. Good communication with me if they’re out of a medication that they have to order, which always comes in next day.
My ONLY complaint is that this location no longer has Saturday hours (used to be open until noon). I’m not going to change my 5 star review over it because they’ve always been wonderful to me, so I work around the change in schedule.”
“I love to go here! They are always soo sweet! The shop inside has vitamin supplements, oils and some boutiques Item. They had scaled down on inventory lately. The drive through is so convenient and they are quick. The longest I've waited was 20 min. They also text you when your prescription is ready! Love that! They are so much better then Walmart any day and I love to use local business then chains!”

“There has aways been something warm and welcoming about walking into a family owned pharmacy. The Harbin Discount Pharmacy is located in the heart of Crestline and it is something spectacular. It is not just a pharmacy they have some beauty items, some home decor and most importantly they have some of the nicest people working here. This is a feel good type of business. You are not only supporting a family owned and operated business, but you are getting the customer service that you would not typically get if you were at a CVS or other generic pharmacy around. Pharmacists who will take the time to explain exactly what the prescriptions are and how you will feel when taking them, also what do do if any of the sid effects make you feel a little wonky. I think I might have to make the switch to a family owned pharmacy, rather then fielding my money into others like CVS or Walgreens. You feel better and better taken care of at the family owned anyway.”

Let’s just say I’ve been doing it the hard way and she informed me on how to do it the easiest way. Not only that she was so pleasant. Keep in mind that today is Monday and my brain has to get back on schedule, but she was such a joy and had no problem assisting me with a smile the entire time… Five stars for Gabby and her customer service she really made my day”
