Walgreens Pharmacy on Chalkville Mountain Road in Trussville is known for its friendly and helpful staff. Kristopher served us in the pharmacy drive through and was incredibly rude and disrespectful. His attitude was not appropriate for customer service, not a good feeling in an already tough time :(

Great customer service. I ordered photos on-line for in store pick -up when I arrived to the store there was not an associate at the counter, but was nearby stocking, asked me if so needed assistance and checked me out but before doing that made sure I was satisfied with how the photos looked before purchasing them :)

Please don't accept prescriptions you can't fill or don't have in inventory. It makes it more difficult to be filled at other pharmacys.
