I an so Disappointed in Walgreens’s , Because they call me about some shots that I was scheduled for , But I told them that I will be visiting my Sister and that I will Be Back on Monday to take my Shots , so when Monday came I went to Walgreens and the Lady said that she Didn’t see any scheduled appointments for me to take my shots I walked away feeling so Disappointed in Walgreens

The store manager needs to clean up this store. Get all the slow people out. This store has had my prescription for almost 3 hours very sad u can't fill a prescription in 30 minutes like old days.

Called to get some pain meds after surgery. Was told my prescription was in stock and to come to get them. Then was told to wait thirty minutes…. Then to come back in the afternoon… id just do CVS if I was you

I needed a life saving medication being that I received a transplant. I arrived at 1:15p 7/31/24. The text was clueless on how to process with the insurance. Mind you that looking forward though I he mirror, she was in contact with the pharmacist. At 1:30p I was told to come back in 30 minutes to an hiu by a second text because it was their last time for a lunch break. Go to any other pharmacy!!! Very disappointed in Walgreens

Went here to get our passport photos. They couldn’t be bothered enough to take them of our children because they would have to “set up a chair” and there was a truck coming in. They just didn’t wanna make the effort. Happily took ourselves down to the CVS down the street and had a great experience there. :)

Drive thru Pharmacy is a joke. Staff are rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional. I literally had the tech yelling at me and calling me RUDE!! Yes, I was called rude for asking why my medication wasn't ready after I received an automated phone call stating it was ready for pickup. I literally deplore this Pharmacy.I switched from mail order to Walgreen's because I thought it would be more convenient but it isn't. I might as well wait on my postman to deliver to my medication to my door.

As I was shopping here today I overheard the Manager (I think his name is Jeff) speaking to everyone (employees and customers) so kindly. I overheard many conversations he had with others since the store is kind of quiet, it was refreshing to hear him try to make everyone's day. He treated the employees respctfully and with great care. I bet they really enjoy working for him. He answered a question for me, he made sure to stop what he was doing and gave me his undivided attention. Retail is often a thankless job, but it was awesome to hear how many times he told employees "Thank You". I will be shopping here more regularly because of him. He deserves to be recognized for his kindness and for how efficiently he helped customers
