Very sweet staff. Quick and to the point. They are one of the only branches that has truly pushed the app. I frequently use their app, however, I was right next door and decided to go in to cash my check.

Great phone customer service. I was put on hold, then disconnected, when I called another branch with a very basic question. At this Summit branch I was treated with respect by a courteous phone associate who was very helpful - and I was never placed on hold.

I opened a new account with Wells Fargo today. Josh and Jenise were two of the nicest most helpful people in that facility. They welcomed me with open arms and literally made me feel like I was part of a family, their family! Opening an account was easy and didn't take that long and I really enjoyed my experience.
