I don’t go into banks anymore but I had to on my last visit to this branch. I want to give a shout out to Deandre! Made my visit very pleasant and he’s a wonderful man. If you need assistance, ask for him.

I regret even stepping in the bank branch, today, to open a bank account. Don’t go there. You will receive the worst customer service.

The worst customer service I’ve ever seen in any bank in my life. I used Chase , Bank of America and US Bank, and I was planning on using Wells Fargo but after the bad customer service that I received today in the 280 branch I will never open a bank account ,credit card or even a safe box with Wells Fargo.
