Had a very good experience at this location today. Tyler Hayes was very helpful and handled all of my banking needs. I noticed much improvement in this location. In the past would go to Montgomery hwy or Trace Crossing to get great service. With much improved service I can use this branch again.

This location is the rudest Wells Fargo in Hoover and the staff are very rude. Trace Crossing and HWY 31 is never rude to me. Trace Crossing and HWY 31 is always willing to help and have quick customer services.
