He hooked my car up to a scanner and before he even looked at the results he knew what was wrong with it., he had showed me that it needed a coil pack and spark plug, explained to me how easy it was to do and I had it fixed in the parking lot in no time and back on the road. I am genuinely impressed at his extensive knowledge, how respectful and polite he was and going above and beyond to help me. I am very confused as to why he is not a manager or even higher up? With 45 years of experience in the service industry, that is the most valuable employee you have, do not lose him.”

“Best service I’ve ever gotten. As they were already towing one of my vehicles, and I had a blow out in my other vehicle. The man dropped my wife’s car off then came and tried assisting me in changing my tire, when we couldn’t, he offered to sit with my family until we had a ride instead of leaving us. And was very professional and friendly throughout the whole interaction. I’m extremely impressed with what I witnessed. Thanks so much guys!”

“I had a upper radiator hose blow apart coming through blountsville, I called and asked about the part but they didn’t have the exact one I needed in stock but they were nice enough to find one that fit probably better than the factory one did, given my situation he even brought the part to me and offered to let me use their tools. Very nice and polite and professional, anytime im in the area I will be stopping in and giving them my business.”
