“Hello All, just wanted to give Tom Meier and Bill Swinton at the Gurley, Alabama Autozone, some kudos! Had a battery that needed to be replaced. It was leaking acid. Tom and Bill took the time to diagnose the issue, test both batteries, disassemble my truck, cleaned and neutralized the acid and replaced the bad battery. Great customer service and an absolute pleasure to work with!!!”

“After two nights without sleep and 3 hours at the dealership right before my visit for an oil change, Chris was a breath of fresh air when it came to replacing my battery. He greeted me when I came in, presented me with all the options and let me make the choice with no pressure or up selling. I had no expectation that he would actually replace the battery for me, which I can't tell you how much that brightened my day. I fully expected to spend the next hour or two cussing in the garage while trying to do it myself. Excellent service. Highly recommend.”
“We love out little hometown parts store. I have been going here since I was knee high. They are the friendliest people you will ever run across. I would recommend them a million times over. If you need car parts, lawnmower parts, household plugs or switches, spray paint or just something like screws they got it. They are auto parts plus a hardware store in one. I would go here before going to huntsville.”
“Great staff and wonderful customer service. During this visit I had to replace my battery. The customer service went above and beyond this day because my two vehicles I had parked in front of the door had been struck by a out of control vehicle who's driver was not breathing and unconscious. The staff assisted by calling 911 and helping me perform C.P.R. on the driver until he started breathing before first responders arrived and took over. Thanks to the staff the driver survived. My vehicles on the other hand, totalled.”

Instead of leaving me stranded or telling me to come back another day, they stayed to fix my tire. It actually couldn't be patched, so the kind men had to put on a new tire. “I recommend walmart tire and oil shop!I punctured a tire while driving, another workshop didn't even see the tire and refused to fill me up to try to trick me into buying a new one, guys. They repaired Walmart as best as they could and I must commend them for their very professional repairs and not charging unnecessary costs! keep going!
