“Got into wood working as a hobby, bought the best slabs of wood from this gentleman. He even talked me up to trying to actual execute a challenging project. I was successful. Smart man. I bought perhaps 6 slabs of various wood, some was well dried sweet gum. Most beautiful piece I ever made was a result of y’all. Thank you.

“There was a system error that resulted in a delayed delivery of a ladder I ordered online. The staff member I spoke to about it was very kind and helpful though. They were able to deliver the ladder sooner than I expected after the error was caught (day after original expected date) and even took the time to call me to let me know when they were on their way. “I went to the Harbor Freight Tools in Pelham, AL. to buy a few special tools to change the plugs and the brakes on my Prius. The minute I walked into the store an employee greeted me and stated if I needed any help all I had to do was ask. Well there was one tool I couldn't find so I asked and the employee walked directly to it. I was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes.”

I have never left there empty handed .this time it was belt for my new 20 hours old Arien Zero Turn deck belt .he had to order it and it came to my house the day he said it would. He always has a Smile on his face .I lost his card but he is the young man that shaves his head . Go by and see him ..and you will save a lot of money ..the local parts stores will break the bank . “I was looking for cabinet hardware for a bathroom reno. Reese and Daniel were incredibly helpful and I was able to leave with just the right cabinet handles. It was nice being able to see and feel the items in person. They have lots of product on hand and even found me additional items that would coordinate. Would definitely go back!”

“This particular location was well stocked and had someone to fill propane. The store was clean but the pet washing station was disgusting. I would not take my dog there to bathe them because it didn't appear to have ever been cleaned. I would have given 1 star on that alone but I didnt come to use it and the rest of the store was cleaner and more orderly than may other locations.”
