“There was a system error that resulted in a delayed delivery of a ladder I ordered online. The staff member I spoke to about it was very kind and helpful though. They were able to deliver the ladder sooner than I expected after the error was caught (day after original expected date) and even took the time to call me to let me know when they were on their way. I truly appreciated the customer service I received.”

“Great place to get tools! It has the most of what you would need in my opinion and I've worked in construction, home remodling /renovations, and the auto industry. Obviously they are not a place you can go and buy boxes of nails or screws to build a room but they have the tools to help you get it done for cheaper. They have very good warranties also!”

I have never left there empty handed .this time it was belt for my new 20 hours old Arien Zero Turn deck belt .he had to order it and it came to my house the day he said it would. He always has a Smile on his face .I lost his card but he is the young man that shaves his head . Go by and see him ..and you will save a lot of money ..the local parts stores will break the bank . “This particular location was well stocked and had someone to fill propane. The store was clean but the pet washing station was disgusting. I would not take my dog there to bathe them because it didn't appear to have ever been cleaned. I would have given 1 star on that alone but I didnt come to use it and the rest of the store was cleaner and more orderly than may other locations.”
“The dryer went out. We were in a crunch to dry the grandkids clothes. We went looking for a drier at the Fultondale Lowe's. Daelin (sp?) in the appliances was absolutely wonderful. He gave us great information about the features of different dryers. He ran back-and-forth to the back several times to see if there was one of the ones we thought we wanted that was in stock that we could take home with us right then. And he even offered things for us to think about that we never had thought of: using a pedestal, stacking the appliances, etc. He's a great guy to have on your team Lowe's!”
