“This place is NOT what I expected ?. From the outside it just looks like maybe a tattoo shop but the INSIDE is an absolute Jewel. I didn't get to get the sweet ladies that work there to give proper acknowledgement. But just seeing the plethora of different items inside was amazing. Quite a few of the items definitely peaked my interest. Some things were very nostalgic. Others were wow material. Lots of oohs and ahhs walking around as you find something new to maybe go with a piece of furniture you may already have and want to expand the look. 10/10 ??☺️”

After several failed attempts to locate and purchase an item both in-store and online, I contacted the Trussville location one last time. DeVal answered the phone with professionalism. He listened to my frustration, displayed genuine empathy, took ownership of my request, and worked diligently to fulfill it. “I went in here the other day looking for a small makeup mirror, and I did not find one. The store was extremely empty from what I saw. Most of the shelves were bare and they had only 4-5 pairs of shoes in a size 10 women's. I'm not sure if it was a transitional state from the holidays or if it is always like that.”
