“Great customer service, from this team. I came in switching my phone service from T-Mobile to AT&T which was the best decision I made. I started off with the a guy named “G” he was very helpful, funny and had great customer services. We came across a few problems but no fault to him. That’s when his manager Jaleel step in. This crew was awesome it’s Christmas Eve day, their store was closing early but he made sure my kids and I was taking care of. Another team member by the name of Angel step in, she assisted him as well. They work overtime even when the store was closed and they were supposed to leave early that day. They all were a blessing to my kids and I. I appreciate every last one of them. They went above and beyond. I’m beyond grateful and glad I made the decision to stop in that day. “I went in to the Fieldstown store on 3/5/24 to switch over my phone that I received from T-Mobile. Rowdy was awesome. I brought in my case and screen protector that I intended to put on myself after switching phones but without any hesitation he put then on for me. It took about 45 minutes to transfer my information over. I thought I'd just be sitting there but as long as he didn't have another customer he talked to me about different products & things in Gardendale that helped the time go by quickly. I would definitely recommend this T-Mobile.”
