Please hire customer service reps that speak clear English. PLEASE?!!! I mean when you dial 611 you can't understand anything they're saying. Very frustrating.

I needed help with my sim card, got that fixed, because of suggestive selling, by the counter person, ended up getting internet and a tablet with unlimited internet also. And at a reduced cost, with my 3 lines.
