“First skate shop in the state I’ve been to where I felt like they had a great selection. My issue with boards is that they’re always ugly- just name brands and skulls and basic stuff. That was not the case here. So much color and design. I’ll be coming back when I need another board. The guy that was working here today was very friendly and knowledgeable.”

“As an older man it’s hard for me to stay fye and keep up with this generation, and I noticed this when my grandkids started making fun of my shoes. So my first stop was Journeys, and I couldn’t have chosen a better store. The workers there were so warm and friendly; not only did they help me find shoes, but they also took the initiative to have a conversation with me. If I ever need shoes this will always be my first stop! Keep it up!”

I was looking for a specific pair of shoes and three employees went out of there way to locate the shoes for me, and after all of that I bought a different pair of shoes and was checked out by yet another sweet young lady. “I went to the Trussville store because to me they have more options than the one in Hoover. Brooke was the only woman in there attending to customers. She’s as sweet as can be and fricken hilarious. Once it was just us and Brooke in the store she gave us her full attention ( my aunt and mom took my birthday shopping) I wanted this big ol belt buckle that was $160, Brooke took 10% off because it was my birthday the belt buckle and my aunt paid the rest. But the point is that Brooke gave her attention to everything customer and worked so hard being the only person working, I hope I see Brooke again, Brooke if you see this I hope you get I raise and thank you so much!”

“Arzel and NuWear are the same chain. These stores offer a more upscale line of fashion for your urban male fashion. I find it hard to attain clothe that fit my style but these two stores carry from a basic to a flashy style on dress. Today I purchased vests and pants. They carry the thin leg to the wider leg pants. I found what I needed with no alteration needed. This is one of my go to places when I want new clothes”

“I love Skechers footwear. Before I had two knee replacements, my knees were in terrible shape and walking on for any length of time, especially on hard surfaces like concrete, caused them to ache. I started wearing Sketchers because of their excellent gel padding was so much better for my knees, and felt a lot better for my feet as well. Extremely comfortable! Even now that I have no problems with my knees, I still love Sketchers. This is also a very innovative company as well. I already have several pairs and today I bought two of the new step in models that you see advertised on TV. The back of the shoes have a shoehorn affect which allows the wearer to simply step into the shoe with bending over to put it on and tie the laces. These two pairs also have the wide fit which have the regular normal widths, but provide more space for your toes.”
“I went in there to help my sister find something for her trip. She didn't like much and I came out there with $100 myself. I stopped looking. It's no telling how much I would have come out there with. The women there were so sweet and helped me spend my money.”

“My brother and his family sent my family gifts for Christmas. I have never been inside an Eddie Bauer store before. Not sure if it’s this store or all stores but they do not give store credit. I had a gift receipt but had to browse the store for other merchandise to do an exchange. The women’s side goes up to 2XL but their clothes don’t fit me correctly. Most of the 2XL sizes are extremely short in the arms and torso. Most of their shirts/sweatshirts remind me of cropped shirts which is not a flattering look for me. The store itself is really clean and organized. The employees are friendly too.”
