“It’s a good computer shop. The owner, Bill, has helped me before with parts, upgrades, and fixing issues with my PC, and he’s always been nice and apologetic. This time, my computer wouldn’t download things properly, and it ended up being at the shop for about a week and a half, so the process felt pretty slow. However, Bill is a busy man and doesn’t give up on trying to fix problems. In the end, he was able to fix the downloading issue. I just wanted to share my experience so others know what to expect—good service from someone who cares, his prices for things can be very expensive but he does care but repairs can sometimes take a while. But overall good shop”
