“The staff are nice, they couldn’t fix my problem as they told me whatever and i didn’t have the energy to argue with them!! But i waited relatively long time. About 20 mins to see someone then another 15 mins to check my airpot which was not working since i bought it ( one side) so they asked me to pay for it and i refused. I went and I bought the new ultra open bose :)”
