“It’s a good computer shop. The owner, Bill, has helped me before with parts, upgrades, and fixing issues with my PC, and he’s always been nice and apologetic. This time, my computer wouldn’t download things properly, and it ended up being at the shop for about a week and a half, so the process felt pretty slow. However, Bill is a busy man and doesn’t give up on trying to fix problems. In the end, he was able to fix the downloading issue. I just wanted to share my experience so others know what to expect—good service from someone who cares, his prices for things can be very expensive but he does care but repairs can sometimes take a while. But overall good shop”

“After a horrendous day of Tmobile problems and atrocious staff behavior from the Sylacauga Tmobile store, customer service directed me to the Chelsea Tmobile store. Aurora was professional, kind and knowledgeable. She took time to look at my account and the issues with the 5g boxes. She took time to troubleshoot, correct, replace hardware and explain the issues. She did all of this even after a long day of helping all of the dissatisfied customers that originally went to the Sylacauga store. While I am glad that Aurora is employed with T-mobile so I can benefit from her customer service, she will be an asset to any company in her future.”
