“This UPS store is great! I had to go in for fingerprinting and not only was the staff super kind and positive, the person who helped me was an absolute expert with the fingerprinting machine. Each step was perfect and we did not have to do any repeat images. If you ever have to do this for a job, etc, definitely schedule your appointment there. The store was also spotless!”

I ordered nine custom canvas prints online for the university I work for, and I was blown away by the level of customer service I received. Just minutes after placing my order, they called to let me know that the images weren’t properly sized to be stretched over the canvases. Instead of simply printing them as-is, they walked me through how to fix the issue and even emailed me visual examples to help.
They could have easily sent me $800 worth of poorly formatted artwork, but instead, they took the initiative to reach out and ensure everything was done right. If I could leave ten stars, I would. Huge shout-out to David for going above and beyond—thank you!”
