I've banked with this branch about 2.5 years, and in my experience the staff have always been cordial and helpful. All transactions have gone smoothly for me, and quickly was in and out. Never fill out for a Renasant credit card, I did and they used Transunion and it dropped my credit score from 641 down to 620. I wouldn't recommend getting a credit card from Renasant if you don't want your CREDIT RATING TO DROP
