Employees obviously are not trained properly to be dealing with people's accounts. Also make sure you check your accounts before leaving the parking lot because they will not fix their mistakes
Very friendly staff!! Now they greet you at the door and directed me to who I needed to exchange currency and ask questions about overseas fees, use and other information. Will be in again soon I'm sure as I travel often

STEPHANIE WAS ALSO VERY RUDE TO ME. I THINK THAT WHOLE BRANCH NEEDS TO TAKE SOME CLASSES IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. INCREDIBLE THAT THEY ARE ALLOWED TO WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH NO ONE WATCHING THE BEHAVIOR IN THE BANK.
