The woman working the floor was very sweet and helpful, however the woman at the cash register seemed annoyed that I was only buying one article of clothing and frankly seemed eager to see the back of me for that reason.”

“The other day I was in Birmingham for work and decided I wanted a cozy, casual hoodie to wear when I wasn't in the office. After hitting nearly every other men's retailer in the Summit and finding nothing but gear with massive logos across the chest, I stopped in at this place. I was immediately greeted by the staff and was asked if I needed help. The place truly looks like a place where people who spend time in the outdoors shop, so I was kind of happy to be there. After looking around for a few minutes I found a rack with some awesome bamboo hoodies from a company called Free Fly. I'd never heard of the company, but I immediately thought it was one of the most comfortable pieces of clothing I've ever felt. It was reasonably priced so I bought it, and wore it pretty much the entire time I was in Birmingham. Perhaps an even higher testament to the quality of the product was this: as soon as I flew home my wife felt the hoodie, and immediately claimed it as her own. I can't wait to come back to Birmingham and visit this place a) because it's a pretty cool store, and b) so I can buy a hoodie of my own.”

“The staff at the Summit Ann Taylor store know how to provide great customer service. I was cheerfully greeted as I entered the store. As I looked and shopped someone would offer assistance. Catherine was a huge help finding and recommending the right cut according to body shape, as I was buying for my daughter who was not with me. Lauren rang up my order. She offered a gift receipt and wrapped my purchases separately from my gifts. Other customers were being helped also and the positivity and efficiency of the staff seemed to spread throughout the store. All in all the it was an extraordinary shopping experience!”
