“Mrs Daniel is such a kind soul. She helped me and my family move in while we were desperately seeking a place to stay. She even helped me with resources that I needed by connecting me to people. We love her and we thank her hire ups for allowing her to run this place how she is. There are not too many people like herself but we thank God for using her. This place is now a major part of our testimony. Thank you Oak Garden !!!!! -Sheniece May”

“I rented from this company for about three years and I have absolutely no complaints. Anytime I have something that needed to be repaired They sentsomeone out pretty quickly to fix the issue. The apartment complex that I stayed at had control come out every three months as a precautionary measure, and the office staff is super nice!”

“I've lived here for nearly three years now and still have no complaints. Facilities are clean, the maintenance men are lightning fast responding to queries, and there's always a sense of safety and peace for those who choose to walk or jog around the complex (it's gated and private!). Definitely one of the most lovely apartments to rent at in Mobile.”

“One of the best places to stay in Mobile ! Management is very active in making Midtown 250 a place you can truly enjoy outside of having a safe place to stay ! Maintenance is prompt on addressing issues and Ms.Marshall is the best ! As a person coming from someone with bare minimum management this place is a dream ❤️”
