“Miss Summers is a very nice lady. She took the time out to help me. I didn’t have to wait. We started explaining the situation to me and My Mom and she brought us in her office and she went over my account and she got started immediately and she took care of business. She had a pleasant attitude. “I will never have enough good things to say about PNC. All locations.... excellent. Before i banked at pnc...I used to drop off one of my employees deposits at the Springhill branch. The first time I walked in they were almost dancing around welcoming me..lol. and each time i went in after that.... they seemed even happier to see me than the last. And i wasn't even a customer, lol.... .. so, after a couple of months I went to my bank (REGIONS) across the street, closed all my accounts...and walked my money across the street to PNC. They are so patient with me at this branch on airport. I think I'm up to ...12...idk..13 lost/destroyed/melted in the dryer checkcards. They literally laugh every time i come in because they know what I've done. They treat me like family and I love them. I'll never use any other bank.”

“Banked at this branch for 20 years. aside from not keeping the deposit envelopes stocked up at the outdoor deposit, not bad. Corporate policies stink, as with most banks, but checking is completely Free & they have written off 4 bad check charges for me over the years. Also, the local girls have always been accommodating.”
