“I am writing this review for two serious reasons, one this has nothing to do with the bank located in saraland Alabama. And two, this is for the individual who went beyond the call of duty with me. I live in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. My Identity was stolen, and an individual walked into this bank and posed to be me with a fake driver's ID, Kelli Hendrix took every precaution in dealing with this scumbag who will be caught and dealt with, you can run, but you can't hide. She reached out to me the actual person who lives in Pennsylvania and said someone tried to forge your signature and remove 5,200 dollars from your account. I will say this, I have had conversations with her on the phone, there should be more bank tellers like her who save other people from having misery. Anyone who has dealt with her at this bank on route 43 in saraland Alabama, buy her a coffee on me.More bank tellers like her should be as sharp on key as she was with this scumbag.I will be forever grateful to Kelli Hendrix for her honesty to me as client of Truist Bank but lives in another state. For anyone who fears Identity fraud, let me be the first to tell you it's not pretty, you do whatever it takes to be ahead of the games that scumbags play much like this guy who says he is me.”

“I went in to talk to someone about my account really nice young man named Andrew was super nice and helpful when he couldn't do what I asked if he could do he went and talked to his manager and she said yes she could help me give her a couple of minutes and so we talked while we waited super friendly and then everything was fixed thank goodness so would recommend going to this branch really wonderful people”
