“I was going to wait until our new construction home is finished, but I felt like I needed to share our experience sooner. The one time close construction loan with Century Bank has been the best and easiest part about building our home! From initially meeting with Michelle to plan what we needed to do to get our affairs in order before making the financial commitment, to now being over half way to completion. Inspections have gone smoothly and money is dispersed to us quickly which allows us to then pay our builder. The stigma around new construction loans being difficult is certainly not the case with Century Bank. And, the one time close option allowed us to only play closing costs once (instead of closing twice), and locked in our interest rate. During the unknown times of today's market we were confident in that decision, and so far the rates have gone up over 2% since we closed and locked our rate. Thank you Michelle for always being willing to answer questions and assist with the process!!!”

“I don't know why anyone would rate Bryant Bank as less than great, especially with no explanation. I've used a lot of banks over the years which lost the characteristics I was originally drawn to because of mergers, buy-outs and expansion. To be simple but fair, Bryant lacks a few of the services available at today's mega banks but if you want a happy, helpful bank which has commited to remain local in their service and decion making, you can't beat Bryant Bank. They are only available in Alabama.”
