That was a blessing in disguise because we certainly needed that extra day to load up the house. She also made sure that the cab was clean and that we got all the supplies we needed and ordered.Diane made our move a little less stressful and we are very grateful for her services!I would certainly recommend this dealer! “One of our tractors had regen problems. We got a rental tractor to finish route. Ryder fix the problem. When I pick up tractor was missing right mud flap asked to have it replaced. Service manager immediately got tech to replace and was on my way. Great customer service both from management and technicians”
“I can’t say enough great things. Check in was so easy and fast. The staff helped attach the trailer to our vehicle. We were quickly on our way. Once we realized the items we were moving would fit in our Tahoe, we drove back and had the intention of dropping off the trailer. We were offered a full refund when that’s not what we had expected at all. We had planned on paying full price because we rented it and had it in our possession about an hour. What great customer service, and it was delivered with a smile. Highly recommend this location!”
