“Damion was such a great help to me, he was very friendly and also a helping hand to me. He checked on me and made sure I was okay the whole visit. He works at the location on Airport @3755 Airport Blvd. Thank you for everything:)”
“Maaaaaaan, I left church in Eight Mile, Alabama and got a flat on I165. I called Mr. J.D. He found me on the highway, followed me to his tired shop, and replaced my tire. This was done on a Sunday, and after 4pm. What a God Send. Whew. Brother J.D. takes great pride in his work and he's the ULTIMATE PROFESSIONAL. If you need a tire for your vehicle, utilize his service because he's OUTSTANDING!!!! THANK YOU SIR!!!!”

“I am a third party partner with Penske Mobile, upon picking up our truck and trailer we had an issue with hydraulic line connections. David the location manager,Eric the mechanic and Hannah E the maintenance supervisor got the parts ordered, picked up and installed. What a great experience!!!”
“Staff are great to work with. They normally have trucks ready when you call. These trucks are not UHauls, Most of the when I pick one up,It has 30000 miles or less on it and in great condition. Cann't go wrong with Ideal Leasing.”
“The best way to express my feelings about UHaul is that the manager represents the company in an extremely exceptional fashion!! Because of him, I believe that this location sets the highest standards for customer satisfaction!! This is definitely a generational customer. My children use the different services as well because of my experience. I am big on spreading the news about great customer service experiences and with that very influential.”
“Went there to get a pm done and the staff went above and beyond. The head guy there in the morning is very knowledgeable and im definitely keeping this as a go to.... Thanks ryder”
“I can’t say enough great things. Check in was so easy and fast. The staff helped attach the trailer to our vehicle. We were quickly on our way. Once we realized the items we were moving would fit in our Tahoe, we drove back and had the intention of dropping off the trailer. We were offered a full refund when that’s not what we had expected at all. We had planned on paying full price because we rented it and had it in our possession about an hour. What great customer service, and it was delivered with a smile. Highly recommend this location!”

“Stay the way you are. I would recommend this location for any rentals needed. The people that helped us during our rental were absolutely the most kind people you could ever meet. May God bless you and your business and thank you so much for your kindness.”
“Pulled into this station , my car Audi Q5 was smoking ! Nightmare situation! I was met by a great young mechanic who eased my nerves , and fixed my car ! Finally quality work at reasonable prices after I had been given the green light to drive said vehicle. I could have burned the engine completely ! Thank you !”
