“I almost dont want to leave a positive review because I want to keep this place as my hidden secret! But that wouldn't be fair to them. So-
Caliber Collision treated us with top notch respect throughout the entire process. From day 1 walking in to a week and a half later (SUPER QUICK) , they communicated very well. State Farm has Caliber pre approved, so from the day of making the claim to day of repair start was almost immediate! They are real people serving other real people. The quality of work is also top knotch! They made the car look brand new again! (Little sister crunched it up pretty bad).

Super knowledgeable even the employees who aren't even mechanics and they were able to explain my issue and point me in the right direction to get the parts that day. So glad I went there and will in the future if I ever need them again. 🙌”
“This is the only place that will touch my vehicles if I can’t fix it at home. I’ve been bringing vehicles to them for years for repair and never had an issue afterwards with any of their work. You can expect to leave it for a while because they are always busy but that shows just how good they are and I don’t mind. I’ve had everything done from radiator replacement to a whole engine swap with zero issues afterwards. Prices for work are reasonable on what all has to come out of these cars now days to access the problems to be fixed some people don’t realize that but it’s not just reach in and unscrew a bolt anymore. I hope they stay open for a long time it’s hard to find a honest reliable mechanic.”

“These folks have done multiple vehicle repairs far me and I live almost 2 hours from them and still send my vehicles there for repair every time a deer does not cross at the appropriate deer crossing sign??
Excellent work as I've always come to expect even buffed my headlights back to brand new looking...... New repair on 12/22/25 definitely a recommended Body Shop they put my wife's vehicles back together again after front end got smashed sitting in a parking lot.”

Staff was extremely helpful, even called me back instead of making me hold while he was locating the part. Picked up 15 minutes later.”

“I was picking up a 2.7 Tiburon engine from them and got lost trying to find them. The guy on the phone took his time to find exactly where I was and pointed me in the right direction. I got there, engine was still the same price and very cheap in comparison to anyone else around, they even left a majority of the harness still attached so I could do some wiring repairs. The only thing i was disappointed about was that my buddy couldn't pay over the phone unless he was going to present. But I'm not even mad about that, Policies are Policies. ALL THESE PEOPLE COMPLAING ABOUT POOR SERVICE AND HARNESS'S BEING CUT MUST NOT UNDERSTAND HOW A SALVAGE YARD IS RUN OR JUST WHINING TO WHINE. THEY ARE NOT AN AUTO PARTS STORE. Everything I received was just as expected, the customer service was what it should be. I just hope this engine runs as good as their quality of customer service. Great place, I would recommend 100% best price around, great service. Thanks a bunch guys!!!”

“Not the stores fault, but I ordered 4 tires and scheduled an appointment to have them put on. I called to make sure they were there was assured that they were. I arrived an hour early for my appointment which the manager said was perfect. I arrived and was told that it would be an hour an half to put them on. No worries.An hour later, the manager told me that only 3 of my tires came in. He apologized and stated that it was an error on the online side. Again, wasn't mad. Tired? yes. Mad? no.They told me they were sorry which I believed and they put 3 tires on, and I have to return tomorrow after I call and make sure the tire arrived.Good customer service. It was not there fault. It's totally my bad for buying them and having them delivered during Christmas.They couldn't have been more apologetic or gracious.Even though this is my issue, I would definitely use them again.”
