“We first went to pepboys and they told us to fix my brother's window wipers and they said it was going to be 1200 so we decided to go look around at repair shops well we seen 2 and they both dont do window wipers and they both said check Tech one Auto repair shop probably does. so we went and he came right away we didn't tell him about our experience at pepboys and he looked at the window wipers and it was just the bolts they needed to be Tighten right that's all it took and he told us Merry Christmas have nice day he didnt want nothing! how nice and sweet he was we just wanted Acknowledge him and say thank you we appreciate it ? “Great small town business. I read others saying negative things about the owner. If you need your RV repair rep to have a bubbly personality and want to chit chat all day, you probably need to go somewhere else. If you're like me and want honest, quality, and reasonably priced work - I thought Jim and his crew did a great job.They also handled a lot of interactions with my insurance company for me.
I'll be using them again for odds and ends I need for supplies in the future, and while I hope to not need RV repairs again any time soon, Country Roads will be my first call.”
“So, the unexpected happened to my 2017 gmc yukon at just 97k miles the transmission blew.. No symptoms just pulled over to get gas and as I'm im getting back on the interstate it started slipping. Im calling around town to weigh my options out, should I get it rebuilt or should I buy another transmission. So, as I'm calling Brian Prince the receptionist i don't know who she is , but she explained to me everything that would be done and very knowledgeable with that type transmission. I had so many questions she answered all of them and some! We stayed on the phone for about 15 to 20 minutes! Look no further i was sold after that phone call! I immediately towed the truck to them ,customer service is everything to me in today society. They did a very great job, I cant ask for nothing no more and I dropped it off on a Monday and picked it up the following Sunday I think it stayed down there maybe 11 or 12 days total that was so awesome. If you have transmission problems Look no further Brian Prince can fix it!”

“Service was good and complete. I had an appointment for my 40,000 mile service. it still took about an hour and a half to get done. I set up the service online and opted to use my GM points to pay. When checking out I found out, setting it up to pay with points online would not go through and they had too manually do it. Seems GM need some better online services improvements that actually work.”

“They did an AMAZING job! I was told it would be about 45 minutes to replace my windshield but it was actually less than 30!! They are so fast and efficient. The office with the waiting area was spotless and very clean. I highly recommend and will be back if I ever have any other windshield issues.”
