“Rodney is always very helpful. I always enjoy shopping at this Dollar General store at East Point in Cullman Alabama when Rodney is the cashier. He is always very knowledgeable about the products they sell and is always helpful in answering any questions I have about products I am looking to buy . I was Christmas shopping last night and he was kind enough to wrap my breakable items for me so they would be secured from damage. And he helped me remember to get all my bags when I was leaving because I was rushing around doing last minute shopping. It's so refreshing to shop at a Dollar General store for the employee genuinely cares and does an excellent jobMerry Christmas”
“This DG location is my favorite in all of Cullman. Even though this one is a little out of my way, I always go to it because they always have what I need and I rarely have to wait in line.”
“Hands down the best Dollar General I've been too. All of the staff are always friendly and go above and beyond to take care of their customers. I work very close and my coworkers and I often walk over or go to this one before we go home because it's our preference just for the customer service.”
“We really enjoy shopping this Dollar Tree. It is very clean and well organized. The employees are very nice. The store is well stocked. They have a nice selection of well organized greeting cards. The parking lot in front of the store is a little tight. The store is very convenient to the north Wakmart location. Yes we will be returning.”

I got pulled over by the local police in the parking lot of this store and was treated fairly by the local deputy, who, by the way, was nice enough not to search me. What a relief! “They don't pick up the phone very rude and the price are always wrong on the merchandise. And they want change to the right price. I only go when serton people are working Dee and Tiffany are working and I will our JericaAre her. I only gave 4 star because of the3 that does do there job”

“This is a very busy store location so they sometimes run out of popular items. I found that the best time to shop for the most popular selling items is a day or so after the delivery truck makes the weekly delivery. I'm not positive but I believe Wednesdays is when the truck runs? Sometimes there is a wait in line during peak hours but it usually isn't an excessively long wait. The employees there seem friendly and helpful.***UPDATE***This location is still a very busy store. I don't shop at this location often anymore because I have moved. When I have had the chance to shop here though , I've noticed that the store is pretty well stocked each time I visit. I have also noticed that the employees are just as helpful and friendly if not more so as when I used to shop here regularly. There seems to be even less wait time to check out during peak hours as well.”

“It's a little disorganized but I believe that that stems from the fact that they are understaffed. If they had the staffing that they really needed I believe that they would be a 5 ⭐ store. They send to always have what you need and are always very friendly and helpful. So I give them 4 ✨?”

“Most of the dollar general stores is so cluttered and their is so much trash out front it’s sad.. but I went in the dollar general in the town square shopping center and as I walked down the refrigerator section, I knew this was going to be a different experience, the manager Karen has out did herself in this store every aisle was so neat and it was easy to find what I needed , I bump into Karen and I had to tell her what a great job she is doing.. and it’s a little out of my way but I’m going back to her store I hope I can post a pic and see if everyone will agree, ms Karen you have out did yourself and deserve more than a pat on the back.. keep up the good work.. she most definitely needs a raise for her hard work...I give her 10 stars”
