“This Publix in Cullman is very conveniently located in a very large shopping center. Staff was so friendly here when I was here to pick up a few grocery items. They did not have the yogurt I wanted here, but they did have some dry pasta I stocked up on. It is also very clean and well maintained.”

“Wanted to see if it was cheaper than Walmart, I added everything to my Walmart cart online as I put in my Aldi buggy to see, it came out 30$ cheaper than Walmart! Will be shopping here fromNow on, they had everything I usually buy at Walmart too this was around 170ish worth of groceries and the Walmart total would have been around 208”

“Rodney is always very helpful. I always enjoy shopping at this Dollar General store at East Point in Cullman Alabama when Rodney is the cashier. He is always very knowledgeable about the products they sell and is always helpful in answering any questions I have about products I am looking to buy . I was Christmas shopping last night and he was kind enough to wrap my breakable items for me so they would be secured from damage. And he helped me remember to get all my bags when I was leaving because I was rushing around doing last minute shopping. I got pulled over by the local police in the parking lot of this store and was treated fairly by the local deputy, who, by the way, was nice enough not to search me. What a relief! “I give 5 stars to the people only working in the Good Hope, Al & Dodge city, Al stores. If we could give separate company ratings and negative ratings the company would get the largest negative Google maps offered. Aside from that the people are always friendly despite being short staffed, working double shifts or not having off days for months at a time. People get discouraged when they are left at register & the line stretches down the isle to the back wall. Customers get angry & take it out on you & it your new, added bonus never ran a register or never ran one like theirs, even worse. If you page & page for help but it does not come until the line is gone, that cashier will not be back after her break or lunch whichever comes first. No one wants to be thrown in the deep end of the swimming pool when they can not swim!! POINT IS DOLLAR GENERAL DOES NOT CARE!!!”

“I am a Mexican-American born and raised in L.A. going to weddings, baptisms, quinceañeras every other weekend. I moved to Illinois 15 years ago and have struggled to find a Mexican restaurant that embodies my Mexican roots. We went to Gulf Shores for spring break and on our way back to Illinois we got hungry so we stopped here and hit the jack pot. The restaurant itself is alive and full of personality. It's like walking into a coco or book of life inspired room. I ordered the carnitas, with frijoles charros and rice and it's like eating at one of the many parties I grew up going to. Other than missing the bolillo. The carnitas were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. My husband ordered the Chiles Poblanos and left a happy plate. The kids loved the food too! The drinks were good, but the food was the best part of our dining experience! If we're ever this way again, we'll definitely stop by for another meal.”

“My Mom loves ordering stuff from Wal-mart for pick up. I normally pick up the orders for her. The staff are fast and friendly. The orders are normally always correct. I normally pick up the orders with my truck and the staff are mindful of what should be put in the cab. A+ service!!!!”

“Most of the dollar general stores is so cluttered and their is so much trash out front it’s sad.. but I went in the dollar general in the town square shopping center and as I walked down the refrigerator section, I knew this was going to be a different experience, the manager Karen has out did herself in this store every aisle was so neat and it was easy to find what I needed , I bump into Karen and I had to tell her what a great job she is doing.. and it’s a little out of my way but I’m going back to her store I hope I can post a pic and see if everyone will agree, ms Karen you have out did yourself and deserve more than a pat on the back.. keep up the good work.. she most definitely needs a raise for her hard work...I give her 10 stars”
