“I am rather picky about shoes and comfort plus style is tricky to find. This store has a great selection and the staff is so kind even to the most difficult customers such as I. They also have a back room with tons of discounted shoes. If you are shoe shopping you must go to the warehouse district and see “if the shoe fits!””

“I love this store! It’s now my go-to when I need a new outfit. They have the cutest clothes and they are high quality. The staff is helpful and kind, and I love that it’s a Christian store. They also have an app that makes it super easy to order and pick up in store. I actually ordered the wrong size today, and the staff at the warehouse was so helpful and changed the size on my order and it all took less than 5 minutes. Highly recommended!”

“I went in knowing exactly what I wanting.. the young man welcomed me asked if I needed help and I’d already had shoe in hand and he went for the other shoe and bam!! Checked out and left ! In and out 15 minutes! Everyone was nice and very helpful!!”

“I recently went in on 2/20 to get some dux-bak (leather conditioner). I have been in there before but it has been a while! They have a HUGE selection of tennis shoes, sandals, boots of all sizes. If you need a shoe it's a 75% chance they have it. Family owned and operated. Such sweet people. I will come back regularly now.”

“I went to the Tent Sale at Werner’s in Cullman expecting to shop. What I did not expect was to experience customer service so advanced it should probably be studied by scientists.

Within five minutes, I’m fairly certain the staff had profiled my personality, identified my seasonal color palette, predicted my upcoming social events, and selected outfits accordingly. I reached toward a rack and an employee appeared instantly like a retail guardian angel, already holding my size, a better color option, and what I can only assume was a backup plan for my entire fall wardrobe.

The atmosphere was so welcoming that I blended in so seamlessly another customer confidently handed me her pile of clothes and asked me to hold them — no hesitation, no questions asked. Apparently I achieved “honorary employee” status simply by existing in the store long enough. I accepted my responsibilities with pride and protected her selections like they were priceless artifacts.

At one point I’m convinced the staff simultaneously checked out three customers, solved a life crisis, gave fashion therapy, and possibly adjusted the Earth’s rotation to improve lighting inside the tent. I would not be surprised if they also offer tax advice, marriage counseling, and weather forecasting upon request.

The prices were absolutely worth it — amazing apparel that somehow convinced me I needed outfits for events I don’t even have scheduled yet. I walked in planning one reasonable purchase and left fully prepared for brunch, church, vacation, family photos, and a mysterious future where I apparently go places more often.

And whoever manages that store deserves a national award for Retail Excellence. The organization was flawless, the energy unmatched, and the staff operated with the precision of a highly trained fashion task force.

In conclusion: I came to shop and accidentally joined a community, held custody of a stranger’s wardrobe, and experienced customer service so good I’m considering moving closer just to visit more often.

“I do not know what changed since 2024 but this place is amazing now. Customer service and selection were phenomenal. We found a pair of under armour on the clearence rack my son loved; to start with the other shoe couldnt be located. Before it was over they had 3 staff members looking for the mate and they searched for a good 15-20 minutes just to be sure we could get the pair he wanted. I am so grateful for all their hard work. My son LOVES them.”
