“I just moved to the Foley area and had what I thought was a transmission-related issue with my BMW. I was worried a mechanic would take advantage of me (because I am not mechanically inclined) and recommend more work than was actually necessary to diagnose and then fix my issue. I found Ronnie Lee Automotive online and took my BMW in. I got a call from the mechanic, discussed my options, and proceeded in an agreed upon course of action to fix my BMW. Fortunately, the mechanic’s recommended course of action immediately fixed my problem. What’s more, rather than spend thousands to fix the issue, I spent hundreds. Honest mechanics are hard to find. Mechanics with good customer service are hard to find. Mechanics with good rates are hard to find. Ronnie Lee Automotive is an anomaly because it is an honest company with excellent customer service that provides professional services at good, reasonable, and fair rates. Also, when was the last time the very mechanic working on your car called you to discuss your car? For me, this was a first. It will not, however, be the last. Ronnie Lee Automotive not only knows how to fix cars, they know how to run a business!”

“Awesome Auto Repair Shop. We have a 2004 Ford Expedition 5.4 liter. Called several Auto Repair shops to let them know my concerns and asked if they'd take a look at it. Long story short, I ended up calling them back 4 weeks in a row, still I was told to call them back in about a week. My wife and I was out for a drive, saw Jones Auto Repair. Called them and Jim said bring it in. What makes them so awesome are the owners and workers. Jim (the owner) is so down to earth, honest and has a great sense of humor. The two other mechanic(s) Arthur and Lane are no different. SUV did in fact need a new motor (Knocking/Rattle during acceleration/deceleration). Lane recommended where I could get one. Expedition runs like new once again, and the work was done sooner than expected. Can't forget Mrs. Jones, very kind and sweet lady, always kept me updated and spoke with kindest voice. “We had a Constant Velocity Joint break and threw grease from the boot all over the area. This is not something you can drive on when it breaks. They fit us into their schedule. After towing to their shop, All work was done and we really appreciate your quick help. Have to say, we were disappointed that none of the grease was wiped off. It was caked to the wheel and the entire area around the driver's side front tire. Nit picking, some, sorry ? Just thrilled with the turn around time and the nice help from Jessica in the office. “Went in with the intention to buy one truck, came out with Two Gerard Sims got us everything we could ask for and really took care of us. Wasn't excited with one of the finance people who I felt wasn't looking out for our best interest but again Gerard Got us back to the original finance guy Steve and we left with numbers we were happy to work with. I wasn't a fan of issues with another employee lying about Gerard being in on a day he was on vacation wasting our time having us wait for him but left happy with the outcome of getting the services I needed for my truck We did run into some issues with the title transfer for one of the vehicles we traded in but was very surprised when the owner called us to let us know he was working on it himself and with his help we were able to get it resolved very quickly I neeeded step bars put on both trucks because unfortunately I'm short but again Gerard came threw with helping us find the most cost efficient bars that would look great for each truck Both me and my husband are super happy with our purchases we really feel like we got the best deal So if your needing someone reliable I'd definitely ASK FOR GERARD SIMS he's the best one there to look out for you”
