“We were driving on Interstate 10 when a rock flew up and chipped our windshield on our camper. After a disastrous experience last year with Safelite we knew we needed it fixed quickly before it spread too large to fix. I quickly searched for a local company to get it fixed. Read the great reviews on Bay Auto Glass and called them. A great company and staff was so friendly and polite. Fixed in 15 minutes without an appointment for a reasonable price. Another satisfied customer! Can’t recommend them enough.”

“Joe, Alex, & Ian are simply the best! They have time & time again gotten my family's vehicles professionally fixed and on the road quickly & economically. We sure wish we had found them when we first moved to the area 18 years ago. We'll never go anywhere else with our car repair needs. Thanks guys!”

“Battery dead! Walgreens parking lot. Fausak came to the rescue. Jumped the car and went to their shop. Necessary part was delivered quickly, installed, and we were on our way. We have been a client for many years. Love their care.”

“This review is long overdue. I’ve been using this shop for years, both when I lived in Daphne, and even now that I live an hour out of town. I highly recommend Stuart and the crew at Valentine’s Automotive to anyone looking for an honest and trustworthy mechanic. I’ve always felt that they are fair with their pricing and never try to charge for work that isn’t necessary. Every interaction has been respectful and professional, and I have complete confidence that they’ll recommend what’s truly best for my vehicle rather than what’s most expensive. I have often found it difficult to find a mechanic you can genuinely trust, and that’s exactly what I’ve found here. I’ll definitely continue bringing my vehicle back whenever I need service.”

“I took my car to Ronnie after a really frustrating experience somewhere else, and the difference was night and day. He was straightforward, explained what actually needed to be done, and didn’t try to pad the bill. The repair that Someone else made sound huge and expensive was handled honestly, quickly, and for a fair price. No games, no pressure, just solid work and transparency. That kind of integrity is rare. I’m genuinely grateful and I won’t take my car anywhere else.”

“I took my van there last week for oil change but had a couple other concerns. They did an inspection and it was found to have an oil leak. They gave me a quote and communicated well with me during the repair. When I went to pick it up they were honest and only had one leak to repair and the overall job saved me just over $1000 than what I was orginally quoted. Their honesty is why I keep going back and they have been the only one I have taken my vehicle to in over 10 years. Thank you!”

“I was shocked at the estimate for repairs, but after checking the present cost of the parts, the estimate was reasonable. Both the mark up on the required parts and the labor was reasonable and fair. The mechanics diagnosed the problem and Jake explained the work needed and costs associated clearly and accurately. The repairs were completed quickly and professionally. I highly recommend their services.”

“Can’t say enough good things about this place! Jared especially is an awesome person to work with! He helped me and my family out with our car and it was a great experience working with him to get it done. Customer service and communication between me and him was excellent! “Decent pricing, never swindled, detailed explanations of things if I want them, never starting work until they confirm with me EXACTLY what they're doing, very fast service. Genuinely heartbroken that I'm moving out of state soon because it means I can't bring my car back here anymore.”

“Tayler listen to what we want in a vehicle and was very patient with us. A very good salesman, sold us on a colored vehicle we never thought we would be interested in and explained the hybrid advantages and we bought it. We are very happy with the vehicle. Thank Tayler”

“Although it's never pleasant to spend a week's paycheck fixing a tire, the atmosphere was very nice and inviting and the employee named Blaine helped me navigate what was going on with my car for 2 days. He explained everything to me and was extremely professional and kind and I am very appreciative.”

“They tried so hard to achieve good service. Prices are fair as a full synthetic oil change and an alignment with all the extra fees was almost $240.00 with a coupon for a $99.95 alignment. I had a special request to have them clean the brake dust off my red brake calipers and they do a nice job doing it for an extra $20.00 for doing that. Front end staff is so friendly and the coffee was really good. Bathroom was clean as well. The truck pulled to the left so I to drive right back there and they could not get to look at it an to the next morning, I came back the next morning and waited two hours in their waiting room for it to be corrected. When I picked up my Lincoln there were black boot marks on my floor matt and on my interior car door. The front end staff needs to check the vehicle before it is given back to the customer so this doesn't happen in the future.”

“This is the most professional auto service provider I’ve seen in Daphne. The customer service was great and they informed me about every detail of the service they were doing. I also spoke with the service tach and he was more than helpful with questions I had about the car. I recommend Firestone to anyone that needs auto repair. Thank you to the team at Firestone.”

“Austin was very nice and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He explained all the features. He was thorough and never pushy. Everything was handled in a timely manner. I did not feel rushed but was not just sitting and waiting either. This was by far the easiest car purchase I have ever made. Thank you Austin and Terry Thompson Chevrolet!!! I love my new Traverse.”
