“I just received my free estimate from Patrick McWilliams at Lucassen Paint and Body, and I was genuinely impressed. The level of customer service and professionalism stood out immediately. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, and Patrick especially was quick, detailed, and very communicative throughout the process. I will definitely be getting my work done here.”
“Been there twice and was satisfied both time. The owner is honest and good at what he does. He recently hired a office manager and it really made an impact. She is extremely competent and very friendly. Great addition to the business.”
“Super nice, awesome price. Definitely give this place a chance for servicing your vehicle. I really think coming across mechanics like this are a rarity now. I’ll be back for sure.”
“This business is 5*******
We were traveling from out of state. They took care of us. We can’t thank them enough. They were a blessing to us. Kindest husband and wife. Thank you so much!”
“Good service from a knowledgeable crew. The fairhope location went above and beyond to make sure i had the right tires on my classic car. And a very reasonable time frame.
Thanks again!”
“Tim's auto Repair is the best. I can't count how many times he was able to help me with my old 03 explorer. He is upfront and very honest and his prices are very reasonable. If he can save you some money he definitely will. He also gets all of the work done in a very timely manner. He's a great guy and I couldn't imagine ever going to anyone else for my car issues.”
“Chas is a terrific guy to provide collision repair. He is honest and fair while doing excellent work. I would highly recommend him! Hard to find someone like him to entrust your auto.”
“This is a great group that knows what they're doing and can work on just about any engine (there was a tractor there earlier today), you'll see sportscars, diesels, sedans. Very courteous, reasonable and quick, but always busy.”
“Always get honest work at Rambo’s. Young man working there today found a nail in a low tire, plugged it and got me on my way in a few minutes. Appreciate the help!”
“I have nothing but fabulous things to say about Donnie Lott's business. It is so refreshing to find honest, caring and wonderful people doing business anymore. Took my truck in for work because they were recommended. Donnie and others worked on my truck to try and figure out just what was wrong with it and NEVER tried to upsell or lie to me. I was so blessed today. In a world where people are out for one thing it is so amazingly wonderful to find someone who goes the extra mile without a motive. Thank you so much all you wonderful people at Donnie Lott's!”
“Come and got a estimate on getting my truck fix they come right out and got me a quote i was in and out in 15 minutes the people are real friendly and answer any questions I had real intelligent and knowledgeable about vehicles”
“Robert L. and Tyler M. really took care of me. They were short-staffed and I came in last minute after running into some issues the night before. Once I explained the situation, they still worked me in and went above and beyond. Great service and genuinely appreciated.”

“I talked to them in the morning, they got the tires I wanted delivered, and by mid-afternoon the tires were in and they were installing them. Exactly as I had hoped.
This was my second time using Pelc in Fairhope, and both times it was a good experience.”
