“My experience with Candance at the T-Mobile store at 6850 US-90 Jubilee Square in Daphne couldn't have gone any smoother.
She greeted me at the door with a smile and quickly ported me over from another carrier even though it involved several phone calls to my son-in-law in CO.
Her manager was also helpful, even stopping with another transaction to answer a question.

“This was the best shopping experience I’ve had in such a long time at target. Yesterday Brandy was so super nice and took time to stop what she was doing to walk me to an item I needed, when we got to the section it was not there and she went to the back to find it for me. I needed two of the items but there was only one . She offered advice on a substitute, I ended up purchasing liking the substitute more!!”

“Shout out to Joe Deakle for the awesome service he gave us when we came in this evening! Got my grandson’s account switched over to a different phone and set us up with home internet—even helped us attempt to add a line although unfortunately, the phone was locked, and we were unable to successfully complete the addition and had to have the process reversed. He was ever so patient and entertaining, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thanks, Joe!”
