“We recently purchased a vehicle from Toyota, and we absolutely love it. The main reason we stayed and completed the purchase was our salesman, Geoffrey. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process enjoyable. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by a manager named Danny. As a business owner, I found it extremely unprofessional to see an employee spoken to and corrected in front of customers. Leadership should build people up, not tear them down publicly. If this is how employees are treated in front of customers, it naturally raises concerns about how they are treated behind closed doors. In the corporate world, if I heard a manager speak to one of my employees that way, it would be addressed immediately. Geoffrey remained professional throughout and is a tremendous asset to the dealership. We love our vehicle, but without him, we would have walked away. Geoffrey, desires all the stars”
