“We needed a rental while waiting for our car to be repaired. Our insurance set us up with Enterprise for the day we dropped off our car. They had a vehicle ready & waiting when we got there. The staff was friendly, easy to work with, and quick. Filing out the information they needed was an easy process. The vehicle was in excellent condition and was low mileage. Returning the vehicle was a 5 minute process. Overall, we had a wonderful experience with them, and will use them again for any future rental needs.”

“Friendly, prompt service with a smile. I had booked through a 3rd party, and LYCKILY, they found my reservation at the counter.
The car was clean, drove well, and I had no issues with performance. I did not, however, like that the only person I could get in touch with during my over-the-weekend rental was ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE. No customer service reps, and ROADSIDE couldn't tell me whether or not the toll I was going to incur in less than 100 miles would be charged to my credit card, or license on the rental. (It makes a difference... l had moved, and my last toll went onto my license... I didn't receive the forwarded letter until it was already in the fine stage, costing me double and a hassle.”
