“I dealt with a Mr. Xavier McGill. He was very warm and welcoming from initial phone call to the rental equipment walk around and return. He’s definitely an asset to the company as far as customer service goes. Will rent again from this location”

“Jared did a fabulous job trying to help get our vehicle situation taken care of. We had originally reserved a rental at the Decatur Hertz, and they oversold their inventory and couldn't guarantee our vehicle would be there in the morning. I had to cancel that reservation and then cross my fingers that Madison would help us. I called, spoke with Jared and he promised he'd have a vehicle for us in the morning. The vehicle that was returned (that we were supposed to have) had been smoked in and was gross, so Jared went to the airport to pick up another vehicle for us. He remembered we had small kids and didn't want us to be in a nasty vehicle. I was thankful for this attention to detail and enough care to do something about it and not take the "easy way" out of the situation. We had to extend the rental an additional day, and he took care of that for us as well.”

“Rented a vehicle from here it was fast and they got us on our way. We ended up having an issue with the vehicle. I called and they let us come switch before we left for our trip. They took care of us and we were off to enjoy our plans. I will definitely be renting from them again.”

“Shout out to Leon and Alfredo for their help. Leon was very knowledgeable in assisting me in my selection. He made sure I purchased the cart that fit my needs. Alfredo was great with helping me adjust the cart to get it just the way I wanted. They made the whole process very simple, from picking the cart, handling the paperwork & adding a few accessories after the sale. If you are looking for a cart, these guys will not disappoint.”

“Not enough people working for the amount of customers that were waiting to check in and out. We like the car we rented, it wasn't cleaned though. When we lowered the seats to put our suitcases in the back, found an old premade salad bowl from a deli with dressing still in the bottom of it. I wonder why the car had a funky lemon smell, I thought it was the cleaner they used; but it was the lemon zing dressing fermented in the bottom of the bowl. We febrezed the hell out of it and let the windows down for a few hours before we left to get the smell out.”

“I returned my car to HSV. When I got there my reservation was all messed up, card declined, insurance was put on without my acknowledgement. Justin at HSV counter working by himself did an excellent job at helping me get my reservation straighten out. He did all this while waiting on other customers with ease. He did an excellent job. Thank you Justin for your help and professionalism.”

“Hassle free, checkout was quick and seamless. Car was very clean. Front desk was very helpful and unlike previous reviews I received a receipt first thing the following morning after the returning the vehicle at nearly midnight. Whatever changes were implemented since the bad reviews have been very effective.”

“We had reserved a minivan and they were out of those. Can’t praise Laquaza enough for making sure we got a big vehicle for all of our boys, including our little one with Down Syndrome/Autism who has to have a lot of room.”

“Shout out to Chelsie, Jontue and Pam at the Hertz airport Huntsville (HSV). I had to drop off and pick up another vehicle and all three women were great! From moving items from one car to another, to dealing with multiple contracts from different locations to the service at the Gold counter; everything was great. Even when I anticipated an issue, they handled everything and got me what I needed. I even asked to change the model of my pickup vehicle and Jontue did it without a question - it helped it was the same class vehicle, but everything was great. This continues the great service I received during my time in Greenville with the staff at GSP airport. It’s really nice to receive exceptional service no matter which location I am using. Additionally, the Palisades are wonderful rentals!! Thanks team Hertz”
