“Tanning bulbs seen stronger than the outrageously priced, contract locking Palm Beach Tan in Decatur. Palm Beach wanted almost $30 for a visit if you don't want to lock yourself in a contract. (I don't tan enough for a contract) Also, staff seemed friendly.”
